32th Trofeo Polisportiva Camignone 2026 🇮🇹 MJ – Camignone – Camignone : 121,25 km

Trofeo Polisportiva Camignone is a junior one-day road race through the rolling countryside of Franciacorta in Lombardy, combining paved rural roads, short climbs and repeated local circuits. The course features open agricultural sections, small residential roads and frequent changes of direction, with moderate elevation gain concentrated around the repeated ascents near Monterotondo and Passirano. The climbs are generally short but can include steeper ramps approaching 8–10%, demanding brief accelerations rather than sustained mountain efforts. Roundabouts, narrow passages and technical corners make positioning important, particularly before each ascent. The race can be affected by wind across exposed farmland, while descents offer opportunities to recover or close gaps. Repeated circuit passages encourage an aggressive rhythm, with early breakaway attempts followed by attacks as fatigue accumulates. The peloton can gradually split on the climbs before regrouping on flatter sections. The finale favors riders who combine endurance and acceleration, with a reduced-group sprint, late attack or solo move possible.
