The Wakayama Castle Criterium is an urban race event that combines the history of Wakayama City and the sense of modern speed.
Start in front of Wakayama Castle Hall, head towards Wakayama Station, and turn back at the Mikicho intersection. The compact lap course with a total length of about 1.5 km is designed to require high instantaneous power for the athletes, combining two 180° corners and a straight high-speed section.
In particular, the section where you can drive while looking at the majestic Wakayama Castle on the left side provides a special moment that combines historical scenery and a sense of speed, and is the perfect location where you can directly feel the realism of the race.
At the intersection in front of the park, which is the center of the course, the section where the speed of the players rides. It is a place where you can experience the speed of players and groups with your eyes, ears, and skin.
