In the presence of the CONI Delegate for Varese, Valter Sinapi, and the Deputy Mayor of Carnago, Carlo Carabelli, the president of Carnaghese, Emilio Bea, making his debut in this role for this race, and Alessandra Conti, gave a detailed presentation of the cycling day.
