The department of Rocha is preparing to receive the highest appointment on the national calendar. The Uruguayan Cycling Federation (FCU) and the Rocha Departmental Cycling Federation officially confirmed the routes and distances for the next National Road Championship, which will take place between Friday 6 and Sunday 8 February. With adjustments in the final mileage, the organization defined the logistics for the three days of competition.
The championship will bring down the curtain on Sunday with road tests for the Junior men and the top category, Elite. Competitors will face a challenge of endurance that will define the new national champions:
Men’s Elite: 13 laps to the circuit.
